If you have spent any time reading through the guides on this site, you already know where I stand. I believe that understanding what runs beneath a property—water lines, gas connections, sewer networks—is not a niche technical exercise. It is part of making a sound decision when you buy a home. If something on these pages left you with a question, or if you are in the middle of a property decision and something about the utilities does not add up, I would rather you reach out than guess.

I am Rajesh Iyer. I built this site because, after spending more than fifteen years working with pipelines and utility networks, I kept seeing the same gap. Engineers and municipal bodies know the specifications. Builders know what they have installed. But the person signing the agreement often knows the least about the connections that will determine daily life in that flat or villa. That does not sit right with me. So if you are that person, this page is for you.

Before you write, a few things worth knowing so we do not waste your time or mine.

What I can help with:

  • Clarity on water supply arrangements in a project you are evaluating—source, storage, pressure, and expected supply hours
  • Questions about gas pipeline networks in Indian residential developments, including PNG connections and safety norms
  • Sewerage and drainage infrastructure: what compliance looks like and what red flags to watch for
  • General guidance on interpreting utility-related clauses in your sale agreement or builder documentation
  • Suggestions for specific topics you would like covered in future articles on this site

What I do not offer:

  • I do not sell anything. There is no product, no course, no paid consultation hiding behind this page
  • I am not a lawyer and I will not give legal advice on property disputes
  • I do not inspect individual flats or houses. My work is at the network and planning level, not per-unit diagnostics
  • I cannot recommend specific builders, projects, or localities. That is your call, and I respect it enough not to influence it

When you write, give me enough to work with. A vague message that says “Is my builder good?” tells me nothing. But if you tell me what city you are looking in, what type of project it is, and what specifically about the water or gas setup is bothering you, I can give you a meaningful response. I read every message. I reply to the ones where I genuinely have something useful to contribute.

I typically respond within three to four working days. If your matter is urgent—as in, you have a signing deadline this week—mention that in the subject line and I will try to get back sooner. I have been on the other side of a rushed property decision, and I know how isolating it feels when you cannot find a straight answer.

A final note. This site exists because I believe that informed buyers make better choices, and better choices push builders and authorities to do better work. Every time someone writes in with a thoughtful question, it reminds me why I started this. So do not hesitate. If the utilities are confusing you, ask. That is exactly what this space is for.
